After watching infomercials I was happy to find a bargain price in the catalog. I was so disappointed. Some of the metal probes dropped out right away. I could not get a comfortable fit for my face with a rigid one size mask, my features did not line up with the mask's. The worst thing about it was that it felt hot and smothering, much like a heavy over the head halloween mask. Perhaps this would be a better fit for a person of a different size than I, but I think fitting would be a problem in alligning the points for accurate muscle stimulation for all. I'd skip it. I returned it.
