I just had thermage done - full face and neck -yesterday and already feel tightening and compared to photo I took the day b4 I can already see a difference. Plus it was totally pain free even on the recommended setting. I think 2.0 for the face and 1.0 for the neck. The procedure itself was pleasurable like having a massage. loved it!!This was so much easier than i expected after reading some reviewers scary reviews. Things must have improved greatly since this procedure first came out. There was only minor tingling and sensitivity to the neck area and one spot right above the lip corners. Otherwise it was like getting a relaxing facial. I have already noticed dome tightening and am so looking forward to changes over the next few months. Dont be scared of getting this. Definitely pain free.

Conclusions
I loved the procedure. It felt good.
