The actual Thermage treatment was difficult but expected. I have seen results in just a couple months, but full results are usually not seen right away so I am still optimistic. I was well informed on the pros and cons of this procedure, as well as the fact that it might be very painful. I think it is important to make sure the individual doing the procedure has had a lot of training & experience. From what I was told, scarring, blistering, etc. is not supposed to happen if the amount of heat being used is correct. I also was never told that I would see major improvement in wrinkling, scarring, etc. When you spend this kind of money on a treatment, do your research beforehand and make sure you feel comfortable regarding the information you’re receiving from a clinic that offers it.
