I am a young 48 and wanted a subtle "tightening". Thermage was advertised on a local TV medical report. I did not notice any change after the first treatment. The second was at higher strength and I had swelling and redness for about a week. I had heard the snake oil reviews but thought I would be one of the lucky ones, and I only wanted a subtle change anyway. I am thankful that one year post procedure, I did not have the facial fat loss we have begun hearing about. If I had known that I would have had the thermage on my thighs. Is collagen magically forming beneath the surface of my skin? Don't think so.
Conclusions
you have to have a really good imagination to see any benefit from this procedure
