I've been a FlexEffect user for the past 5 years, and they just came out with a new version that I ordered (as it said it contained new stuff). The new kit is fantastic. Not only do they give you exercises for the facial muscles, they give you massage techniques, exercises for the bone, and skin and there is a dvd demoing all of them (which was my criticism in the past as it used to only show 14 of those exercises). The new dvd has Deb and her daughter demoing the stuff. The workout time is also variable, you can choose to do a 12 minute workout or a 20 minute one. I have to work up to the 20 minutes, as my hands ache after the 12 minutes, but I’m getting there. My NL’s have started to smooth out, my eyes are open and lifted, my jawline is smooth and sharp now and overall my skin has a great glow to it. Plus they got a forum where you can log on and ask questions etc - fantastic.

Conclusions
A*** no other program out there comes close!
