Lightened my post acne marks and also helped to reduce the number of overall breakouts.

Expensive. Not available in any retail stores - only online.

I used Melederm for about 2 months to lighten several dark spots on my forehead and chin that resulted from old breakouts. These spots had been with me for more than a year even after I got most of my breakouts under control. This product did exactly what it claims. It lightened these spots significantly - almost 100%. I have not stopped using the cream - I still use it a few times a week. Basically I am afraid if I stop, the spots will return. But regardless, I am very pleased with the purchase. I would recommend it.
Conclusions
If you have any dark spots on your face, use this product to lighten them.
