My daily commute to work in bright sunshine has left me with a problem – namely a patch of pigmentation on the highpoint of one of my cheeks. I am fair-skinned and have plenty of freckles (which I’ve never had a problem living with), but this pigmentation really bothered me.

Going for laser surgery (my preferred choice) was just not an option due to the high cost and so I decided on a topical treatment of some sort. I did some research and decided to try Decleor’s Aroma White Brightening Anti-Dark Spot. Decleor is a French company, renowned for its natural plant and essential oil approach to skin care, and so I thought that this would be one of the kindest treatments to try.

I used a generous dollop of this cream on the offending pigment patch every night for several months in the hope that it would correct my ‘pigment irregularity’ and brighten my complexion.

Unfortunately I have seen no change in my skin tone whatsoever.

Conclusions
I cannot recommend this product to anyone.
