I bought the cream to lighten some dark acne marks that were leftover from about 2 years ago. I have been using Proactiv for the past year which has helped control the breakouts, but the spots were still there. This cream has actually started to fade the spots but not only that, it also has cleared some stubborn pimples that have not gone away for months. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs to fade some dark spots on the face. The cream does keep the skin moisturized. I have dry skin so this is good. From the ingredient listing it says there is oil so it might not be great for oil prone skin.

Conclusions
Recommended if you have the money to spend.
