Skin Care Review: Intense Pulsed Laser (IPL) - PhotoFacial

by Melissa, san diego, CA 92122

I had intense pulsed light done on my face for sun damage about 4 months ago. The results were horrifying. I still have raised areas on my cheeks, chin and under my eyes. It did almost nothing good for my skin. I also had this procedure done very lightly on my face, so I do not recommend it, even at very low levels. There is something wrong with treating your sun damage with more light. If you must do it, make sure to get a test area done (preferably on your upper cheek somewhere) and do not go ahead with it until a week after and you've made sure your reaction is a good one.
