Within 14 days of having one IPL treatment, my skin no longer displayed 2 very visible age spots on the right side of my face. As the treatment was used on the entire face, I also noticed that my skin appeared fresher while the previously visible broken blood vessels located on the bridge of my nose as well as at the corners were gone. I experienced no downtime and was able to return immediately after the appointment , to work. The treatment time took approximately 30 minutes. I did note though that I had been told it woudl feel (not look) like a mild sunburn for 1 to 2 hours following the session. I noted however that this sunburn feeling actually lasted 4 or 5 days. It was only mildly uncomfortable. There was no blistering or other such activity although I had been forwarned this could occur. To date I have now had a second session(approximately 1 month after the first)as the 1st session did bring out some minute age spots(similar to freckles). The seconf treatment was also successful in removing these and my skin shows no further signs of these brwn spots. My understanding was that these were also sun damamge areas that would over the course of time, present themselves and be visible.

Conclusions
This treatment clearly works although it is not inexpensive. I highly recommend it.
