CE Ferulic is highly recommended by promoters such as on the shopping channel. I bought a fair bit of it to try to lighten photo ageing spots on my face and eyelids. It was extremely expensive, but there was a special on the SC so I forked out and gave it a try. I found it actually did work, and noticed an improvement after about 3 weeks, the dark spots had started to fade. It is difficult for people of modest means to keep up this expensive treatment, but if you have the resources, then go for it; this product worked for me. I am researching making my own formulations for about 1/3 the cost of the on-sale brand name.

Conclusions
Buy CE Ferulic for age spots if you can afford it, it worked for me.
