Didn't prevent blemishes, but then again i have recalcitrant moderate/severe acne.

Best moisturizer I've ever used. However, it does not contain any SPF which forces me to combine it with SPF containing moisturizer when in the sun. And although it helps even my skin tone, it doesn't seem to do much clearing up/preventing blemishes, but it may do that for some milder types of acne. It does contain salicylic acid so that may be a benefit for some. It is light, and moisture-rich. It has a light fragrance that I enjoy though I've read some do not. I vastly prefer it to the positively radiant fragrance and feel.

Conclusions
I'd recommend it for anyone wanting a clearer-appearing complexion
