Will not cause breakouts. Excellent moisturizer. And it is SPF 30!

Drawbacks
Redness reducer doesn't really work, it seems.

This is the best facial moisturizer I've ever used- my skin is usually pretty clear, but I will break out easily with almost any moisturizer I use. This is the only moisturizer that left me with perfect skin that didn't get oily later in the day. My skin feels like velvet after I use it, and it isn't even a tiny bit greasy, like you'd expect from a moisturizer with sunscreen. The drawback is, it doesn't really reduce redness as promised- but then, that's essentially promising a peaches and cream complexion. Still, if it's billed as a redness reducer, it should work.

Even though I don't notice any sort of redness reduction, I will continue to buy this moisturizer for this somewhat steep price (hey, I'm a art student- I'm broke) because it is an awesome product, overall.

Buy it- you'll see.
