Greasy, nasal congestion from (probably) the SPF 15

I've used other Olay products and have been pleased with them, but this product went on greasy and stayed greasy. Also I have had previous nasal congestion from wearing any SPF product on my face, and this one also caused the reaction. I've tried using it only on my neck/throat area and the congestion is less but hasn't gone away. Those who aren't sensitive to SPF ingredients may like Olay Complete. But it is greasy. I would like to read a review of this product from someone who has used the formula that doesn't contain the sunblock to see if it makes a difference.
Conclusions
There are better products that cost less.
