This lotion is wonderful. I have always been prone to acne and hate heavy lotions and this lotion is the only one I have found that is light, completely fragrance free, hypoallergenic and noncomedogenic and actually moisturizes. It is more like a milk than a lotion and a dime size drop is enough for my entire face. I use it in conjunction with a toner that contains salysilic acid and I have seen a dramatic decrease in the number of breakouts. Complex 15 has really improved the look and feel of my skin and it does what it claims it will. It is relatively inexpensive. The one drawback with Complex 15 is that I can only find it in one local store.

Conclusions
I would recommend Complex 15 to anyone with highly sensitive or acne prone skin.
