This a trick for locking in moisture while you sleep. It allows the skin to repair itself during the night while you sleep. Before bed each night, following your regular cleansing and moisturizing routine, go over your skin with a think layer of petroleum jelly. I use vaseline. I have read that there are other simple products that you can use to do the same thing, but Vaseline is always in the house, and it will really last a long time. Some may be concerned with clogged pores, but I have had no problems. As long as I maintain a regular regime my skin stays healthy.

Conclusions
At least give this a try for a couple of nights!
