I would recommend Ponds Cold Cream to all skin types: Oily, Dry, Combo and acne prone. It helps remove even waterproof eye makeup with ease. Most makeup removers leave makeup behind, but this takes it off and doesn't leave any dirt behind. The price is not bad at all, since the jar will last forever! I'm not kidding. I purchased the large jar over a year ago and I still have not used it up. I simply apply it with my fingers and then wipe it off with a soft cotton pad (you can also find these at your local pharmacy). I wash my face as normal after completing the application.
