I have found it very useful for "acitinic keratoses" which are considered to be pre-cancerous spots on the skin. I am fair skinned and I get a lot of these that pop up on me. The laser pen works. It takes about a week, 2-3 minutes at a time, twice a day to see the results. The spot will fade and I see small spots where the damage is done underneath the discoloration. Then, the smaller spots just start to heal and go away. I am left with clear skin on the site where the spot was. I have probably removed about seven or eight of these spots using the laser.

Conclusions
I would recommend the laser. It is painless and easy to use.
