Does plump the lips a little but not much.

Sally Hansen Lip Conditioner + Plumper is neutral in color which is good, and it does plump the lips a little, but I was hoping for something that was a little more moist in application. After applying, my lips actually feel as though I need to apply a lip balm or chap stick over the conditioner plumper. It does seem to show some slight improvement in lip volume though and the price is not prohibitive. Also, I recommend wearing it underneath a good moist lipstick. I'm going to try the Sally Hansen Healing Beauty Maximum Collagen Lip Treatment that comes in a lipstick tube next.
Conclusions
Satisfactory, but prefer a lipstick tube and moister product.
