Details
I have spend years watching my weight on low-fat diets and my skin was dry and scaly. My knuckles and elbows cracked and bled and no lotion (even prescription) seemed to help. When I began taking Omega 3,6 & 9 fatty acid supplements daily, my skin softened and the scaliness disappeared. I now only use a light UV moisturizer on my face and many of my fine facial lines have disappeared. If lotions aren't helping your skin and polyunsaturated fats (fish, flax, etc) aren't a regular part of your diet, consider taking a fatty acid supplement. I wish someone would have told me!
Conclusions
I recommend for anyone who wants healthier skin from the inside-out.
