I found Clarins Beauty Flash Balm to be an excellent base for foundation. It is not greasy, it is light but extremely effective. I wear this under an assortment of different types of foundations. My skin can be slightly dry and if I want the foundation to go on smoothly, this is the ticket. While expensive, I found that I continue to purchase beauty flash balm while I may try othjer skin care products over time. This product has lasted the test of time and it does not have a strong frangrance. I highly recommend this product.
