Although I am only 21, I've been using this product for at least 5-6 years now. I have combination, sensitive skin. I've switched skincare lines various times, from Shisheido, to Clinique, to Aveda (which I now use), and the only product that I refuse to stop using is Clinique's turnaround cream. Since I'm a student, there were times when I stopped using the cream to save money, but found my skin becoming duller, and upon using it again, my skin would immediately brighten up the next morning! I use this pretty much on a daily basis after showering and using Aveda's Exfoliant and Night Nutrients (and occasionally the All sensitive moisturizer in place of the Night Nutrients when my skin is not as dry). The turnaround cream leaves my skin incredibly soft and supple. Although I've read in some reviews that it really doesn't act well as an exfoliant, I personally think it has worked wonderfully on the long run.

Conclusions
Highly recommended moisturizer/exfoliant.
