I am in my late 30's with sun damaged skin beginning to show its age. I typically have had oily skin with breakouts and blackheads but now my skin is turning dry and beginning to show fine lines. With these fluctuations, its been hard to find a good skin care line. RoC's triple action Retinol A+C+E was wonderful. It is a light cream which absorbs quickly providing nice moisture without greasiness. I started noticing an improvement after about a week without any sensitivity, redness or irritation. After four weeks, my skin looked the best it has looked in a long time.

Conclusions
I would definitely recommend this product for 30+ skin.
