Skin Care Review: Skin Biology Protect and Restore Skin Renewal Cream

by Joanne Arnold

Rating
Good

Benefits
Skin seems more "plumped", fine wrinkles are smoothed and creases seems less pronounced.

Drawbacks
I did not experience any drawbacks.

Details
I should state that my skin at age 62 is pretty good, thanks primarily to good genes and reasonable care since I was a teen. It did not have major problems. However, I did not like the lines, sagging and tiredness I was noticing.

Before using Protect and Restore Skin Renewal Cream I had been using Dr. Perricone's alpha lipoic lotion with good results. Both products caution to go slow at first to avoid irritation, and I had no problems. (Retin A, which I had tried, always left me flaky.) The primary benefit of both products that I observed was a lessening of creases around the eyes and between my brows (frown lines.) My skin also seemed firmer with both of them. The Protect and Restore is much less costly than the Dr. Perricone product. I have just ordered Skin Biology's Tri Reduction Cream which contains more copper peptide and will see how it performs.

Conclusions
I would certainly recommend trying Protect and Restore Cream.
