I discovered Peter Thomas Roth products when I was having a particularly bad time with my Darphin cleansers and moisturizers. My skin had broken out and nothing seemed to clear it up, including an antibiotic wash I was using. This product is particularly easy to use and is perfect for people who may be a little more forgetful about a regular cleaning regimen. After washing your face at night, apply the gel to the problem areas of the face...some moisturize over it but my oily skin does best without added product. The glycolic acid helps to slough off dead cells and encourages the growth of new, healthy skin. My acne improved dramically (it wasn't severe, but it was annoying). It won't help people who suffer from chronic acne and want a quick fix, but for those of us who may be ocassionally acne prone, this is a great solution.
