Drawbacks
All of Arbonne's products gave me severe acne. The customer service is appalling.

All three of Arbonne's skin care lines (NutriMin RE9, Basics, and Clear Advantage) gave me severe acne.

I spent over 50 minutes on hold waiting to get through to customer service so that I could get an RMA # to return their product which made my skin break out terribly with acne. I returned the product as instructed in September (4 months ago) and was guaranteed a refund within 5 weeks. On December 17, 2005 I sent an email inquiring about the problem and still, 4 weeks later, I have not heard from the company at all. Not by phone, email or mail. I am appalled with the customer service, not to mention the quality of their product.

Conclusions
I would not recommend any of Arbonne's products to any one.
