I recently had the opportunity to use an infra-red sauna for a period of five days, every day for 30 minutes. My skin is sun damaged and my face has sun damaged fine wrinkles. After being in the sauna for five days, my skin (face as well) was so much improved! The wrinkles were not gone, but my skin became clearer, smoother and cleaner looking, it had a glow I haven't had in years. I felt the elasticity was improved through out my body and I didn't need to use an exfoliator because my body naturally did that through sweating, and the release of toxins. I recently(the last year and a half) lost 70 pounds, so another benefit I realized was an 11 inch total decrease. I had measured my midriff, waist, hips, thighs, above the knee and arms before day one. I have not used the sauna since February, but the inches have not come back and my skin continues to look good. I will purchase an infrared sauna to continue the benefits I felt after five days. It was amazing to experience the difference in my skin tone, elasticity and weightloss (ten pounds) also not regained.

Conclusions
I love infra-red heat therapy. They should be in salons, and spas.
