I have tried a number of microdermabrasion products, including Dr. Brandt. I met a co-worker with great skin and she recommended Microdermx, which can only be bought online. I tried the product once, and was nervous about redness, as my skin is quite sensitive. The thing I liked most was that you could SEE the product working, as all the dead skin cells actually DO come off (a bit gross, but well worth it!). Their after-treatment moisturizer has become my before-bedtime cream, even when I'm not doing the microdermabrasion treatment (which I use twice weekly). I have recieved NUMEROUS compliments on how great my skin looks.

Conclusions
Great for those with sensitive skin that may have been irritated by other brands.
