I use almond oil once a week to give my face and eye areas a rich and energetic massage. Firstly i apply the oil to my face and neck and gently massage it in using upward circular movements. This is followed by applying light pressure to various points and then gently tapping the skin all over. Secondly, By applying the oil whilst holding the skin taut around eye areas, forehead and smile lines its possible to smooth away surface lines by gently stroking in an upwards motion (about 20 strokes for each line.) Once finished any excess oil is removed with toner (Rose water diluted with water) and the face is splashed with cold water to end. In total the mini facial is about 10 mins long.

Conclusions
Excellant, cheap and effective way to give yourself a mini facial and massage
