OK, first of all when you purchase MSM from any brand make sure it has the word OptiMSM on the bottle. Basically when the bottle has that word on it means that it's pure(the good stuff). you can either buy the powder form or the capsule form of MSM. Make sure to take MSM with a meal, and to drink it down with a glass of orange juice(because of vitamin C content in orange juice). It would be wise of you to take MSM with Vitamin C, since Vitamin C helps with collagen formation. Some people see results in 2-3 weeks, but for most it will probably take 2-3 months and that's just to see results. It might take a whole year to get the complete benefit.

Conclusions
MSM worked great for me my skin is softer and smoother and my hair feels better.
