Details
I was referred to Dr. Spann by my Primary Care doctor. I had some dark spots all over my legs that prevented me from wearing shorts or skirts. I also had some very troublesome hair in places that I did not want it. First,Dr. Spann looked at the excess hair and told me that I had a few options. I could start using Vaniqa cream which could stop the hair growth or I could get laser hair removal. I thought that this would be best as the laser can be costly, so I took the cream. Next, she looked at the spots on my legs. She said that Black skin has problems with hyperpigmentation. She said that I should start by wearing sunscreen religiously to prevent anymore spots from happening. She also prescribed a 4% hydroquinone cream for me to put on at night, just on the dark patches.

Conclusions
I was very pleased with outcome of my visit with Dr. Spann. Perfect treatment
