Details
Charlotte at the CowShed in the Virgin Lounge at Heathrow gave me my first facial. She explained what she was doing at every step and explained why. After a short neck and shoulder massage, Charlotte cleansed and exfoliated my face then shaved me and shaved me again and finally moisturised me and explained the type of cream that was most suitable for my skin. I have used many product in the past but they never really work leaving me with dry skin. The products used by Charlotte worked brilliantly and I now know how to choose and use them myself.

A brilliant service by a lovely and skilled therapist.
