I had a kind of face lift with threads of synthetic material inserted under my skin, 2 at each temple, about one year ago in Buenos Aires. The small clinic was very good, centrally located in Buenos Aires, the surgeon friendly, seemed to be knowledgable and took time to explain things (in Spanish). The procedure was simple, no pain except for the incection of the anestethic and took about 1,5 hour. A little swollen and bruised afterwards for a few days but this was not a big problem. results are good, sagging skin is tightened up a bit and less visible wrinkles.

Can recommend this doctor and the method
