Some improvement in conditions including rosacea, sebhorheic dermatitis, minor wrinkling.

I have seen Dr. Holm for some chronic conditions (see above) and also cosmetic procedures . She is a detail conscious practioner and always has an assistant to write down instructions and offer samples. The problem (which I do not believe is specific to this practitioner but an industry wide issue) is that some of the presciption medications seem to exacerbate the problem. For example, rosacea medications are administered in an oily base which themselves seem to make the rosacea worst. The same is true for treatment for dermatitus.
Conclusions
presciption skin medications offer little advantage over carefully selected OTC
