Details
Extremely honest that facelifts only last 7 years before needing revision. Swelling and bruising are horrendous and took off 3 weeks from work. Will continue to use Tazorac to keep skin firmer and to obtain better results from subsequent surgeries or Yag laser. Don't think the fat injections last that long, won't have again. The forehead is smooth and having the muscle cut prevents the deep frowning--much improved. The lower eyelids look great-no more bags and I am 51. Wish the upper lid blepharoplasty had been a little more aggressive. Have an area of hair loss on the scalp from the transcoronal approach and may have to have a hair transplant there if it doesn't grow back.

Conclusions
Worth it but use aggressive skin care afterwards and minimize sun exposure forever.
