Details
I went to the Berman Institute because I had read v-beam was helpful for rosacea. The nurse who did my consultation told me there would be NO downtime whatsoever. She LIED to me. I had purple bruises and swelling on my face for two weeks post op. I ended up missing school and work because of that. They also led me to believe Dr. Berman would be doing the treatment but it was a technician who had the bedside manner of a paper clip. When I expressed my dissatisfaction at being bruised and swollen their response was that it was no big deal. "You want to get results don't you?" was what they told me. Yes, I do want results but I also want to be told beforehand that I will not be able to go out in public for two weeks or more after the procedure not that there will be NO downtime.

Conclusions
I don't like unethical, immoral people who lie to me so would not recommend.
