I am 40 yrs old,blonde,blue eyed,fair skin with mild/moderate sun damage/wrinkling. I had laser resurface and lower lid blephoroplasty 2 yrs ago. My cosmetic surgeon advsised that the only way to significantly diminish scars,large pores,fine lines was with resurface and the bleph would resolve the bags/fine lines under my eyes. The resurface provided almost no effect. I saw no improvement in the fine lines and pores; hyperpigmentation was slightly improved. The bleph permanently changed my appearance, and puffiness,bags to lower lids recurred in only a few months
Conclusions
Peels,topical antioxidants have had more result for less money than laser resurfacing
