Benefits
I benefitted from treatment because I had a cyst that was bothersome and unsightly.

Drawbacks
The drawback was that I had a scar to deal with once surgery was completed.

Dr. Gerstenfeld was very professional and caring - I apprecaited his attitude. I was glad, once the cyst was removed from my chest area. The scar that was left was difficult to accept; I was given some over the counter medication to reduce scarring; it made a bit of a difference, but some scarring remains. I wonder if that could have been avoided. My acne condition has been a problem for me since I was younger; it affects my face, neck and back. I have multiple scars on my back area that I have done a lot of work to get used to; I wonder if there are any treatments that could help. I am searching to find treatments that can reduce the cystic acne I experience and prevent future outbreaks. Dr. Gerstenfeld is a good doctor, but I wonder if he could be more proactive on my behalf.

Conclusions
I need to do more research to find benefical methods of skin care.
