Droopy eyelids, scarring and my one eye cannot close properly.
Details Doctor Hardy De Beer is a renowed South African dermatologist.I consulted him for lazer therapy on my skin but he ignored that and advised me instead to underwent eye surgery. He performed a blepharoplasty (eyelift) on me seven years ago. The operation went very wrong. I was left with uneven eyes, droopy eyelids and scars above and under my eyes. My eyes could not close properly. Because of that my eyes were always red and itchy. The tears run night and day without control down my cheeks!
After three months of agony I consulted a plastic surgeon who performed an operation on my eyes to correct the previous one by doctor De Beer.
The reconstruction left me in a better overall state of mind and thankfully my eyelids are not drooping any more.
When I am tired however, the one eyelid starts drooping and the other eyelid still canot close properly.
Conclusions
Always opt for a reputable plastic surgeon when considering work done on your face.
