It is very sensitive to the neck starts to feel raw.

My plastic surgeon recommended Renova for my dried and tired skin. My skin was all discolored and blotchy with many small derma skin abrasions, as I have had skin cancer twice. It looked tired, old, leathery and had no healthy glow. After using tiny amounts of Renova on my face for about 4-6 weeks, my skin had a radiant youthful fuller look. The dark pigmented area around the top over my upper lip has changed and has almost vanished back to my natural skin tone. People have told me how my skin looks youthful and fuller and more radiant
Conclusions
I liked this product alot and will continue to use it on my face.
