Benefits
UVA treatments cleared psoriasis, but the posirasis returned upon discontinuing treatment.

time consuming, possible increased risks of skin cancer at later date.

My skin cleared beautifully. However, the condition returned after discontinuing treatment. My face, torso, back, arms, legs, and hands all had fairly severe psoriatic patches. I have tried many treatments, beginning with tar creams, cortisone creams, the uv treatment, drugs (including methotrexate, remicade infusions, enbrel, cyclosporine, humira... the list goes on and on. Still have posirasis and psoriatic arthritis. Am more and more interested in pursuing naturopathic remedies. I have tried drinking green tea and eliminating spicy foods, alochol, shade foods, i.e. tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, etc., nothing has worked very well so far. I may not have been as committed to it as I should have been.
Conclusions
not worth it for the long term; short term is outstanding
