Details
Like many on the site I have suffered acne since high school and I am now 38. I have tried it all (Accutane, Retin-A, Clinique, Erno Lazlo, Proactive, The Pill, Antibiotics, Murad etc.) Accutane was great while I was on it but then my acne came back. I did another course and got the same results.

I researched blue light and went to Seacoast for treatments. When I met with Kelley, who was quick to explain that she was not a dermatologist, but a emergency room doctor with 20-years experience who had left to open this clinic [www.seacoastrejuvenation.com], she asked me questions that all the dermatologists I had seen had never asked. She suggested that due to my color and heritage (English) I may have Rosacea and suggested that I have Levulan and Pulsed Red-light treatments. The levulan is an acid they put on your skin for about 20+ minutes and then it is washed off and they give pulsed red-light treatments which on takes a few minutes and does not hurt. You have to say completely ouyt of the sun for 48-hours and go through 3 treatments that can be 2-weeks apart. The full effects do not appear for an entire year, but after 3-months you should see an 80% improvement. I am at month 6 and my skin is SO much better. I still have the occasional break out, but overall I have been amazed. They are alo wonderful about follow-up visits and contined advice.

Conclusions
It is expensive, but it really does work!
