On the one hand, Dr. Berzin perceived the potential danger of a small bump I had had for years and had been overlooked by other well-respected doctors, catching it before it metastasized - a service which ultimately is invaluable. On the other hand, the focus of the practice seems to be on very expensive cosmetic procedures. She spends very little time with her patients. It was difficult to get her to physically stay in the room long enough to ask about my less dramatic skin needs - rosacea, dry skin, recommendations for cleansing, moisturizing etc. I felt these minor skin ailments were perhaps "small ticket" items and not worth her time.

For potential skin cancer highly recommended
