The first pricy procedure I ever had done was by Dr.Miglioir. I have had circles uner my eyes since I was 16 yrs. old. Until I spoke to Dr. M I had no idea they were due to broken capillaries showing through my fair skin. Ah ha! That explains why they diminish when I get a facetan. There is no way to completely get rid of them, but he improved my appearance by performing Blepharoplasty, and later, laser surgery on the underlying blood clots.

Dr. Migiori beleves in 2 umpopular credos of the beuaty industry. 1. "Less is More" and "Safety First." In fact, he talked me out od a couple of expensive procedures becuase I di not need them yet, and offered cheaper, safer alternatives.He was right too. He is a genuinely nice person who loves being an eye doctor. educationIn fact, if I did not live in Rhode Island I would probably travel some distance to see him because he is well worth it.

Apart from expertice, he also has great bedside manner. Until I sat in the laser hot seat, I did not realize that I have a phobia to others touching my eye;analogues toa dentist phobia. Dr. Migliori has always been slow and gentla and even wrote me a prescriptopn for a muscle relaxer.
