I have had Botox done by top Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists in and around Beverly Hills for several years. Many are very good. Dr. Plechas does as good as the best of the best, but his prices are so much lower than any of them. I am an Esthetician and have many clients who have also had Botox. I see many doctor's work and know their prices. Dr. Plechas is by far the lowest, and the best. I had Fraxel Laser treatments by a PS who was touted to be the best. Consequently, his prices were pretty high. I did not see any results even after waiting several months (I took before and after pictures). I thought I would give Fraxel another chance since Dr. Plechas' prices were so much lower than all others (about half of all others and also included neck and chest). What a difference! He spent a lot of time doing the procedure and was very thorough. He numbs the treatment area (the other PS did not...OUCH). My first of three treatments was 6 months ago, the last one was three months ago. I see a marked change. I am 56 years old, natural blonde with very fair skin. My (same age) girlfriend and I were out shopping last weekend and a sales person referred to me as my friend's daughter! And, she looks good for her age. Of course, I felt bad for her and tried to rationalize his comment.

Conclusions
Dr. Plechas is very patient and kind. I highly recommended him.
