Dr. Memar is a dermatologist who is an MD-PhD graduate of the University of Texas. I found him through his website. He is one of the only reputable physicans I have found who publishes his prices for various treatments on his website. His prices are very affordable and service is excellent. There are no gimmicks - what you see on the online price list is what you will pay. I find this very helpful as a consumer - like many of you, I do not have time to go to various physicians for a consultation prior to treatment. I'd rather know what I am getting up front. For example, I paid $400 for Botox injections to the forehead/glabellar area and was quoted this same price or higher by other physicians. I pay $250.00 for botox three times per year with Dr Memar. His pricing for injectables such as Restylane is also very competitive.

Conclusions
I highly recommend Dr. Memar if you live in the Chicago area.
