I visited a dermatologist regarding my aging skin (I am 44). I went to a number of different clinics, both dermatologist and plastic surgeons, and got varying responses - some were very extreme. Dr Bekhor (highly recommended by me GP) was fantastic, he really talked some sense into me. He is (somewhat)conservative, believing in minimal invasion; he is informative - I now fully understand all of my cosmetic options. Further, he gave me some great advice on skincare products, for which he has no vested interested.
Conclusions
I recommed seeing Dr Bekhor if you are considering any cosmetic procedure.
