Benefits
The rhinoplasty surgey did provide an overall better look for my face and appearance.

Drawbacks
The surgery did not address all of the issues concerning the shape of my nose.

Details
The overall results of the rhinoplasty were satisfactory but I do believe that there could have been better steps taken to make the end results even better. I believe that the surgery was not aggressive enough to address the main issues with the nose shape. I still believe that the nose shape is not proportional to my face and could be reduced some. The doctor has recommended a second surgery to address those issues and I personally feel that they could have been addressed during the initial surgery. I also was not entirely impressed with the facility that the surgery was done at. During the surgery I did awake to experience the horrible pain of the doctor working on my nose. I would never have this surgery again unless I can assure that I would not awake during the surgery. If I decide to have future revisions made to my nose I would choose another doctor to do that procedure.

Conclusions
Overall there is somewhat of an improvement to my nose, but I'm not entirely satisfied.
