my skin felt much softer for a few days.

I wanted to get dermabrasion on my shoulders, back, and arms to deal with scarring, discoloration, and roughness due to acne scarring and sun damage. On the first visit, Dr. Weiss dissuaded me and prescribed Differin gel instead, which is a mild retinoid. She said it would help prevent further acne and thus more scarring and allow existing scars time to heal. I saw no results at all four three months so I returned and requested dermabrasion again. I had three sessions and only noticed temporary improvement in skin texture.
Conclusions
I would recommend Dr. Weiss as a general dermatologist,
