While Dr. Boyle appears to have adequate knowledge of dermatology, her arrogant personal manner and obdurate office policies make her a bad choice as a personal physician, in my experience. I had seen Dr. Boyle on two occasions for the removal of actinic keratoses, with satisfactory results. However, when I went to a new office location of hers for additional treatment after a lapse of about two years, she insisted I pay a "new patient" fee of $85. Not only was I not a new patient, I was only told of this gratuitous charge subsequent to treatment, when it was presented as an indisputable item on my bill. Attempts to resolve the issue went nowhere due to Dr. Boyle's intransigence. As a result, she lost a patient and I moved on to a more accomodating dermatologist. Vindictively, Boyle sicced a collection agent on me for refusing to pay the inappropriate charge, and my credit report has been adversely affected.

Conclusions
I cannot recommend Dr. Boyle.
